    Legal status of products

    It is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, to ascertain, and obey, all applicable local, state, federal and international laws in regard to the possession and use of any items purchased from Knife Kingdom. All equipment is sold subject to public law 90-351, title III, U.S.D., Section 2511, and any local, state or federal ordinances. Consult your local and state laws before ordering if you are in doubt.

    By placing an order, the buyer represents that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner and that the buyer is of legal age. Knife Kingdom will not be held liable for the misuse of any product purchased from us. Knife Kingdom also assumes no responsibility if a product purchased from us in not effective in preventing bodily harm.

    Anyone attempting to falsify information or defraud our company in any way, will be turned over to the proper authorities. Any attempts at extortion or entrapment will also be met with swift legal action!

    Auto Law Legal Status Terms

    IN COMPLIANCE WITH FEDERAL STATUTES:

    Read carefully all conditions set forth below.

    By placing an order with us, you agree that you meet any or all of the following criteria. Federal law prohibits shipment of automatic knives across state lines, with the following exceptions:

    (1) to civilian or Armed Forces supply or procurement officers and employees of the Federal Government ordering, procuring, or purchasing such knives in connection with the activities of the Federal Government;

    (2) to supply or procurement officers of the National Guard, the Air National guard, or militia of a state, territory or the District of Columbia ordering, procuring, or purchasing such knives in the connection with the activities of such organization;

    (3) to supply or procurement officers or employees of the municipal government of the District of Columbia or the government of any State or Territory, or any county, city or other political subdivision of a State or Territory; (4) to manufacturers of such knives or bona fide dealers therein in connection with any shipment made pursuant of an order from any person designated in paragraphs (1), (2), and (3).

    Knife Kingdom will sell no such knives to any individual outside the State of Illinois without the above conditions being met.


  • Privacy Policy
  • Any information provided to Knife Kingdom will be held strictly confidential. We do not share any information with outside parties. This includes, but is not limited to, any information entered on our website or obtained via email. We reserve the right to send special offers via email to previous customers. However, all previous customers receiving a promotional offer from us will have a choice to "opt-out" of future offers.


  • Shipping & Delivery
  • At this time, Knife Kingdom ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international or APO/FP locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. All orders shipped are via USPS mail with a delivery confirmation number. This number is not a tracking number and cannot be guaranteed to show progress as the shipment is in transit. All orders are packed and shipped with 24 hours (excluding Sundays and postal holidays). 1st Class delivery time is typically 2-6 postal days; Priority delivery time is typically 2-4 postal days. We charge actual USPS shipping fees plus a $2 handling fee per order to cover packing materials and labor. Any orders which are returned due to invalid information provided by the buyer will be refunded minus the shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.


  • Sales Tax
  • Knife Kingdom charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. All orders shipped to Illinois will incur the current sales tax rate of 6.25 percent.


  • Return Policy
  • Knife Kingdom will gladly accept returns of items which are received damaged or defective for exchange only. We are not able to accept returns of merchandise which has been used by the buyer for any period of time. Merchandise should be inspected thoroughly upon receipt. The buyer must contact us within 7 days after receiving an order that a return is desired. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer, however, we will include a free gift with any replacements to offset the shipping charges.
